At Medecro.ai, we are looking for an experienced Senior Radiologist, Retired Radiologist, Professor, Associate Professor, or other academic expert in Radiology to join us as a Fractional Advisor.

We are seeking a seasoned skilled who can share clinical expertise, industry insights, and strategic guidance as we build and scale our healthcare technology business.

Key Areas of Engagement

- Strategic Guidance: Help us understand the radiology landscape, clinical practices, workflows, and emerging opportunities.
- Industry Connections: Facilitate meaningful connections with radiologists, hospitals, diagnostic centres, academic institutions, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Founder Advisory & Problem-Solving: Act as a trusted advisor to the founder, helping evaluate challenges, explore solutions, and make informed business decisions.
- Clinical Expertise: Guide us on clinical workflows, reporting standards, quality assurance, and operational best practices.
- Product & Innovation: Provide expert perspectives on the practical application of AI and technology in medical imaging.

Who Should Apply?





- MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Extensive experience in radiology, clinical practice, academic research, or departmental leadership.
- Senior and retired radiologists, professors, associate professors, and radiologists currently holding academic positions are welcome.
- A strong interest in mentoring, healthcare innovation, strategic discussions, and solving real-world challenges.

Engagement Details

- Role: Fractional Advisor – Radiology
- Time Commitment: Approximately two hours per week, with scheduled meetings and reasonable availability for occasional questions.
- Review Criteria: Quality of guidance, usefulness of professional introductions, contribution to resolving business challenges, and consistency of engagement.
- Compensation: Fixed remuneration and equity participation, to be discussed mutually based on experience and suitability.
