- Loves taking the helm in people, culture and anything people oriented really(Hiring, Ops, and whatever needs to be solved :))
- More importantly, can roll your sleeves when it comes to setting things right and getting your hands dirty and get the job done!
- Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get!

- Have experience in core people functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management and anything really, that the startup needs!
- Ability to design and optimize people processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing workplace.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Degree: Preferably from IIMs and someone from Bangalore, even better!
