About the Role

As the Founding Engineer focused on infrastructure, you will build and operate the production systems that support a freight and logistics technology business. This is a hands-on role in an early-stage environment, with responsibility for reliable cloud infrastructure and the automation needed to deliver software effectively.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and operate production infrastructure systems at scale.
- Ship infrastructure code and automation for cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain containerized systems using orchestration technologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
- Support monitoring, logging, and observability across infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

- At least five years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Experience designing, building,



or operating production infrastructure at scale, and shipping infrastructure code or automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.
- Background working in a startup or early-stage company workplace.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: INR 800,000 to INR 1,100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
