Job Summary

We are hiring a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Founder's Office – Product & Data Analytics team in Bengaluru.

This opportunity is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about Product Management, Data Analytics, B2B SaaS, and AI-driven technology solutions.

You will work closely with the founding team, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to solve real-world business challenges, develop product workflows, and contribute to building scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complex B2B SaaS workflows and end-to-end user journeys.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into structured product solutions.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct user research and customer interviews to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations and product development.
- Support CRM, ATS, and third-party SaaS platform integrations.
- Create product wireframes, dashboards, and information architecture.
- Explore AI-powered product features and workflow automation opportunities.
- Analyze product data and user behavior to support product decisions.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.





Required Qualifications

- B.Tech degree from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute.
- Must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience, including internships in product companies, SaaS organizations, or technology startups.
- Practical exposure to B2B SaaS products, preferably involving real users and complex workflows.
- Understanding of product development, business requirements, and user journeys.
- Ability to translate user problems into workflows, PRDs, and functional specifications.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office five days a week.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- CGPA above 8.0.
- Experience with CRM, ATS, or SaaS automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Figma, and wireframing.
- Experience creating product analytics dashboards.
- Exposure to user research, customer interviews, or go-to-market (GTM) activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
