About LearningShala

LearningShala (part of Vagmine Education LLP) is a bootstrapped, profitable edtech company based in Noida with a team of 200+. We help working professionals access affordable, outcome-driven online degrees, and we are building new programs with top Indian and international institutions. We're scaling rapid and preparing for our next phase of growth, and the Founder's Office sits at the centre of that.

About the Role

We're looking for 1–2 sharp, curious interns to work directly with the Founder's Office on real business problems, not side tasks.

You'll work on live projects across strategy, partnerships, growth, marketing, operations, hiring and AI-led initiatives. You'll research a problem, structure it, propose solutions and help implement them, with close mentorship along the way.

What You'll Work On

- Market and competitor research for new programs and partnerships
- Building business cases, financial models and pitch decks for leadership
- Supporting partnership conversations with universities, institutions and industry partners
- Tracking and analysing sales, marketing and operations data to find growth levers
- Helping launch and coordinate new initiatives from planning to execution
- Supporting leadership hiring through candidate research and outreach




- Trying out AI tools to automate and speed up internal workflows

Who We're Looking For

- MBA/PGDM students from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-schools (exceptional graduates are also welcome to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- High ownership, bias for action and willingness to learn fast
- Prior work experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Interest in education, edtech or startups is a bonus

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on profile and interview performance)
- Pre-Placement Offer: Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role
- Work Mode: On-site, 6 days a week
- Location: Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
- Start Date: Immediate
