We’re building a new kind of immersive gaming experience where people play together through movement, projection and interactive environments. We’re now preparing to launch our first venue in Bangalore.

Work directly with the Founder, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with 15 years of experience across gaming, fintech and streaming, including leadership roles at Sony LIV, Paytm and Zynga. Get hands-on experience building and launching a current business.

- ?????????: Plan and execute social media campaigns and offline marketing initiatives to attract customers.
- ?????? ????????: Study other gaming and entertainment venues, understand their operations, and identify opportunities for our venue.
- ?????? ??????????: Plan and coordinate launch activities, manage vendors, track on-site setup, and help ensure the venue is ready to open.

This is a hands-on role combining digital work with on-ground execution. You should be comfortable meeting people, visiting venues and following up until things get done. No prior industry experience is required; you’ll learn on the job.

- Plan marketing initiatives, identify opportunities and coordinate campaigns and on-ground activities.
- Research other gaming and entertainment venues, analyse their operations and identify opportunities to improve our offering.
- Plan and track venue launch activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and keep the setup on schedule.
- Help develop operational playbooks for customer scenarios and day-to-day issues.
- Maintain task lists, timelines and follow-ups, taking ownership of assigned projects through to completion.

- Fresh graduates from any discipline who are available for full-time work.
- This is NOT a part-time internship and is not intended for students in their 1st or 2nd year of college.
- Genuinely interested in games and gaming.
- Comfortable calling people, approaching strangers and coordinating with businesses.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to travel around HSR Layout and nearby areas.
- Organised, proactive and persistent about getting things done.

No prior experience in marketing, operations or gaming is required.

Preferred: Experience organising college events, fests or tournaments; good communication and problem-solving skills. Own two-wheeler preferred.
