Role Description The Founder's Office role at Far & Wide is a full time, on-site position based in Ravet, Pune. This role supports the founder across media, marketing, and events initiatives through structured problem-solving, project management, and strategic execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking key projects.

The role also involves managing meetings and follow-ups, driving one-time projects, and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into timely, high-quality deliverables. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership, taking ownership, and contributing directly to business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to support strategic and operational decisions.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, documents, and stakeholder updates.
- Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Comfort with media, marketing, and events environments, with interest or experience in any of these domains.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and discretion when working closely with the founder and leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field; relevant internships or prior experience are an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, etc.) and willingness to learn new systems as needed.
