About the roleYou’ll work directly with the founder, sitting in on decisions and shipping real work across marketing, sales, and operations. It’s a hands-on apprenticeship for someone who wants to become an AI generalist: someone who can use AI tools to get things done across the business, not only talk about them.

What you’ll do

- Support the founder on day-to-day priorities, projects, and experiments
- Help run B2B marketing: LinkedIn content, email campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and lead generation
- Support software sales: prospect research, outreach, CRM upkeep, demo prep, and follow-ups
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations (prompts, agents, no-code tools) to speed up marketing, sales, and internal operations
- Research competitors, markets, and customers, and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Track metrics and report on what’s working

What you’ll learn




- How a B2B software business is built and sold, up close
- How to design and run AI workflows that save real hours
- How a founder thinks about strategy, prioritization, and decision-making

Who you are
- Curious, resourceful, and quick to learn, with a strong bias for action
- Already using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and eager to go deeper
- A clear writer and communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity and with owning tasks end to end
- Currently a student or recent graduate in any discipline (business, tech, or marketing backgrounds are a plus)
- Able to work from our Delhi office

Bonus: prior experience with content creation, a CRM, no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), or basic Python. What’s in it for you
