We run mixers, investor connects and startup showcases, and we represent our members at flagship ecosystem events such as Step Dubai. Community and events are the core of how we build trust and deal flow.

About the RoleYou’ll work directly with the Founder’s Office and own the execution of our events and community engine. You’ll help plan and run events, grow and engage our member base, and turn every event into content, leads and relationships. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership, close to decision-making, and a fast way to learn how startup ecosystems and VC-led communities work.

- Create and run promotion plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, WhatsApp and email
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners and speakers

Community building

- Onboard new members, maintain the member database and keep WhatsApp or other community groups active
- Run outreach to founders, investors, mentors and ecosystem partners to grow the network

- Make warm introductions and track member needs so the team can follow up
- Capture feedback and ideas to improve member experience

Content and brand

- Create event recaps, speaker and member spotlights, reels, posters and social posts
- Collect photos and videos at events and keep the gallery updated
- Draft invites, newsletters and outreach copy

Founder’s Office support

- Prepare trackers, reports and event post-mortems (attendance, leads, conversions)
- Handle ad-hoc strategic and operational tasks for the founder

Who You Are
- Final-year student, recent graduate or early-career, in any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English, and comfortable approaching people
- Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple deadlines
- Active on LinkedIn, Instagram and X, with a good sense of what makes social content work

- Curious about startups, venture capital and the founder ecosystem

Good to have:

- Prior experience running college fests, club events or communities
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Experience with Luma, Notion or CRM tools
- A network among startup, student or creator communities

What You’ll Gain
- Direct mentorship from the founder and exposure to investors, CXOs and startup founders
- Hands-on experience running events end to end
- A strong network in the Bengaluru startup ecosystem
- Possible extension or full time conversion based on performance
- Internship certificate and letter of recommendation
