We are looking for an ambitious, highly adaptable Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the founder and help build a new niche jewelry brand from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking initiative, coordinating across functions and turning ideas into execution.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with the founder on cross-functional projects and new initiatives
- Coordinate with jewelry artisans, vendors, packaging suppliers and logistics partners
- Support e-commerce operations, product cataloguing, customer queries and order tracking
- Assist with sales, customer outreach and brand-building activities
- Maintain records of expenses, material costs, inventory and sales
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage daily schedules, action items and project follow-ups
- Use AI and digital tools to create content, emails, product descriptions and SOPs
- Build and improve processes in a fast-moving startup environment

- What We’re Looking For

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Someone comfortable with zero-to-one execution and building processes from scratch




- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers, basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking
- Interest in sales, e-commerce, fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms independently
- Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT
- English &
- Tamil fluency is mandatory
- Hindi is preferred, especially for vendor communication
