At YourDOST, we're looking for a smart, driven and highly organised individual to work directly with our Co-founder on initiatives that cut across the organisation.

This is not a typical internship where you'll be assigned a fixed set of tasks. You'll work on whatever needs to move the organisation forward, from solving operational challenges to building systems and driving new initiatives.

What you'll work on

- People & Culture: Support hiring, performance management, culture-building and other people initiatives.
- Execution & Governance: Work with functional leaders to track priorities, drive follow-ups, build accountability and ensure things get done.
- Systems & Processes: Create structures, processes and governance mechanisms that help teams operate better.
- Technology & Analytics: Build dashboards, reports and automations using spreadsheets, AI and no-code tools.
- New Initiatives: Research, experiment, launch and eventually own projects end-to-end.

Who we're looking for

- Exceptionally organised, disciplined and reliable. Someone who doesn't need repeated follow-ups.
- Smart, curious and resourceful. Someone who figures things out rather than waiting for instructions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with an ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable working with people, following up with senior leaders and holding conversations with confidence.
- High ownership. If you commit to something, you see it through.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, AI tools and technology to improve how work gets done.

You'll work directly with a founder, get exposure to how a growing organisation operates, receive hands-on guidance and feedback, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.

You'll get the time, trust and support to learn. In return, we expect ownership, discipline and a strong bias for execution.

This is a 3–6 month, full time, in-office internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
