Quality Control Executive (FOOD TECHNOLOGIST)

Own food safety and product quality across the plant, from raw material to finished goods.

What you'll do

- Test raw materials, work-in-process and finished products against company and FSSAI specifications
- Check finished goods for deviation from standards and approve or hold batches
- Review GMP documentation, test methods and hygiene records; maintain lab equipment
- Identify hazard points in the plant and put preventive controls in place (HACCP)
- Audit hygiene, cleanliness, personal grooming and FIFO at every level; brief staff and escalate lapses immediately
- Inspect GVN/GRM returns from stores with the billing team
- Keep the customer-complaint register,



investigate root causes and close them out
- Weigh and record department-wise wastage before disposal
- Prepare food colours for production and test new supplies and current products
- Send a daily QC report to management and drive process improvements

What we're looking for

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology or similar
- 2–4 years of QC in a bakery or food plant
- Working knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP and HACCP

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
