Role Description The Flutter Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Flutter, Dart, and related technologies for Tijoree’s B2B fintech platform. This full-time role is in office in Mumbai and involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build user-friendly interfaces, integrate APIs, and ensure high performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, optimizing web applications for speed and scalability, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and contributing to UI/UX improvements.
The developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control and documentation, and help enhance engineering standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart for web application development, including experience building responsive UIs.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and working with backend services.
- Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (Riverpod) and familiarity with design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and implement unit and integration tests.
- Background in building secure, scalable web applications;
experience in fintech or B2B products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills and willingness to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Mumbai.
