Five Star Offset Printers is looking for an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to handle folding and gluing operations for printed cartons and packaging materials. The candidate should be capable of setting up and operating the machine, maintaining the required quality standards, and ensuring that production targets are met on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up the folder gluer machine according to job requirements.
- Check carton samples before starting full production.
- Ensure proper folding, gluing, pasting, and alignment of cartons.
- Monitor glue application and maintain consistent bonding quality.
- Inspect finished cartons for defects and separate rejected pieces.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production supervisor and quality control team.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and report any breakdowns or technical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping around the machine.
- Minimise material wastage during machine setup and production.
Requirements
- ITI,
Plus Two, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience operating a folder gluer machine in a printing or packaging company is preferred.
- Knowledge of carton folding, gluing, and pasting operations.
- Ability to identify production defects and maintain quality standards.
- Basic understanding of machine settings and routine maintenance.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

- Hands-on experience with folder gluer machines used in carton packaging.
- Knowledge of different carton styles and folding arrangements.
- Good attention to detail and consistent work quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
