Summary We are seeking a hands-on FMI/Recall Program Leader who can independently take complex field-action programs from initiation through closure in a highly regulated environment. This individual will convert ambiguity into clear execution plans, drive global cross-functional alignment, maintain control of schedule, cost, risk, compliance, and closure readiness, and deliver predictable program outcomes with minimal leadership intervention.

The successful candidate combines strong program execution with sound judgement, effectively distinguishing issues that can be resolved within the team from those requiring escalation. When escalation is necessary, they bring clear recommendations, decision options, and business impact assessments rather than simply reporting issues.

In addition to program delivery, this role is expected to continuously improve the FMI/Recall operating model through Lean thinking, data-driven management, workflow simplification, digital enablement and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Our mission is to improve lives in the moments that matter.
