Service Captain Company : Rasikam – The Satwik Dining Experience Location : Jagatpura, Jaipur Job Type : Full-time About Us Rasikam is a premium pure-vegetarian Satwik fine dining restaurant in Jaipur, serving food prepared without onion and garlic.

We offer a calm, devotional dining experience, with a restaurant, banquet hall and bakery. We are open from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Service Captain to lead a section of the restaurant floor, guide the stewards, and make sure every guest gets warm, attentive and smooth service.

Key Responsibilities - Welcome guests, seat them, and look after their tables from arrival to departure - Take orders accurately and explain the menu, including our Satwik preparation, to guests - Recommend dishes and suggest add-ons to guests - Lead and guide stewards in the assigned section during service - Coordinate with the kitchen so that food is served on time and to standard - Check table setup,



cleanliness, cutlery and mise-en-place before and during service - Handle guest requests and complaints politely, and escalate to the manager when needed - Help enrol guests in our loyalty program - Support banquet and event service whenever required - Maintain grooming, uniform and hygiene standards Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in restaurant service, with at least 1 year as a Captain or Senior Steward (fine dining preferred) - Positive communication in Hindi, with basic English - Good knowledge of F&B; service, order taking and table service - Polite, presentable and guest-focused - Able to lead a small team and work in shifts, including weekends and festivals - Hotel management diploma or degree is a plus How to Apply: Apply on Apna or contact us at (phone hidden)
