As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) professional who can strengthen our financial planning, improve profitability, build scalable financial systems, and support management in making strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & • Budgeting:

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- MIS & • Management Reporting:

Develop monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations with actionable insights.
- Manufacturing Cost Analysis: Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, overheads, manufacturing efficiency, and SKU-wise profitability.
- Profitability Analysis: Analyse gross margins, EBITDA, contribution margins, and category-wise profitability.
- Variance Analysis: Compare actual performance against budgets, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Inventory & • Working Capital:

Analyse inventory levels, receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
- Sales & • Distribution Analysis:





Evaluate channel-wise, region-wise, product-wise, and distributor-wise sales performance and profitability.
- Odoo ERP Management: Utilise Odoo ERP for financial reporting, manufacturing costing, inventory analysis, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Support the CFO with business expansion plans, capital expenditure analysis, financial modelling, and investment decisions.
- Financial Systems & • Processes:

Establish and improve financial reporting systems, internal controls, and processes suitable for a fast-growing company.

Candidate Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 2-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, business finance, financial planning, or management reporting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company preference.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo ERP ispreference , particularly in Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, and MIS Reporting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory management, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and financial reporting.




- Experience in developing financial dashboards and management reporting systems.
- Must be comfortable working in a startup or fast-growing entrepreneurial environment, where processes are continuously evolving and responsibilities require a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, build systems from scratch, and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with the CFO and senior management on financial planning and strategic decisions.
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai and work from our Andheri East office.

Someone who is comfortable in a startup environment, takes ownership beyond their , builds processes, solves problems, and grows along with the organisation.

The selected candidate will report directly to the CFO and work closely with leadership to strengthen financial planning, business performance, and long-term profitability.
