Financial Analyst — Ventures & Investments

Mumbai | Chairman’s Office THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Financial Analyst who enjoys understanding businesses, building financial models and turning complex information into clear insights.

Working closely with the Chairman and the New Ventures team, you will help evaluate new opportunities, build business plans, track portfolio performance and support investment decisions.

This is not a traditional accounting or reporting role. We want someone who is curious about how businesses work, challenges assumptions and uses financial thinking to help build better businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. New Ventures & Business Modelling

- Build financial models and business plans for new ventures from concept to scale.
- Develop revenue, cost, profitability, cash flow and funding projections.
- Analyse unit economics, break-even points, return on investment and scalability.
- Create scenarios to test assumptions, risks and opportunities.
- Support the development of investment proposals and business cases.

2. Portfolio Performance & Dashboards

- Track revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, budgets and key operating metrics.
- Compare actual performance against plans and identify deviations.
- Translate financial data into clear insights, risks and recommended actions.
- Work with business leaders and finance teams to obtain accurate, timely information.

3. Investment Analysis & Capital Allocation

- Evaluate potential investments,



acquisitions and recent business opportunities.
- Analyse valuations, returns, capital requirements and investment risks.
- Compare opportunities to support capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare concise investment summaries and recommendations.
- Track the performance and returns of existing investments.

4. Financial Planning & Decision Support

- Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Build financial frameworks to evaluate strategic business decisions.
- Develop simple, reliable reporting systems.
- Use AI, automation and modern analytical tools to improve financial visibility and efficiency.

- Build and maintain financial dashboards across Neve Jewels Group’s ventures and investments, including

- Technology-first mindset: Comfortable using Excel, AI and modern analytical tools.

EXPERIENCE

Ideally 2–5 years of experience in Financial Modelling, FP&A;, Investment Analysis, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance or a similar analytical role.

Strong

Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.

Experience building three-statement financial models, scenario analyses and management dashboards is highly desirable. CA, CFA, MBA Finance or a relevant qualification is welcome, but we value demonstrated capability, curiosity and commercial judgement over credentials alone.
