: Manager / Senior Manager, Debt Syndication & Structured Finance

Role Summary

We are looking for a finance professional with strong banking exposure to lead debt syndication, working capital and project/infrastructure financing mandates. You will structure financing solutions, manage lender relationships, and support due diligence and M&A; transactions for clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Syndication & Fundraising

- Originate, structure and execute debt mandates: term loans, working capital limits, NCDs and structured debt.
- Prepare information memoranda, teasers, financial models and lender presentations.
- Run the end-to-end syndication process: lender outreach, term sheet negotiation, sanction tracking, documentation and disbursement.
- Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs and institutional lenders.

Working Capital & Infrastructure Financing

- Assess working capital requirements and design appropriate limits (fund-based and non-fund-based, supply chain finance, etc.).
- Support project finance mandates, including project structuring, debt sizing, DSCR/cash-flow analysis and lender negotiations (infra experience preferred).





Due Diligence & M&A; Support

- Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis on borrowers and targets.
- Support M&A; transactions, including valuation, deal structuring, acquisition financing and coordination with legal and tax advisors.

Commercial & Client Management

- Negotiate pricing, fees and terms in line with prevailing market conditions (interest rate cycle, liquidity, lender appetite).
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes (RBI, SEBI) and lender policies.

Qualifications
- Education: Engineering degree and/or MBA (Finance) and/or CFA / CA.
- Experience: Banking background with hands-on exposure to syndication and working capital financing.

Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience in infrastructure or project financing.
- Exposure to due diligence and M&A; transactions.
