Role Description The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial management for MediCiti Hospitals. This full-time, on-site role in Medchal, Hyderabad includes managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and preparing financial statements and management reports.

Manager will lead the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and cost control initiatives across clinical and non-clinical departments. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, healthcare regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls,



as well as supporting audits and financial risk assessments.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with hospital or healthcare finance operations, such as cost center management, revenue cycle understanding, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboards.
- Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control frameworks relevant to healthcare organizations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Explicit and professional written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance) are preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare group, or large service organization is highly beneficial.
