Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Commercial Executive with 2–5 years of experience in finance, commercial operations, tender costing, pricing, or financial documentation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial eligibility documentation, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), electronic Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG) requirements, commercial costing, pricing controls, and banking documentation related to government tenders and procurement projects.

Candidates with prior experience in GeM tenders, government procurement finance, commercial bid preparation, and cost analysis will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify company turnover records, financial statements, and financial eligibility documents required for tender participation.
- Coordinate Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and electronic Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG) requirements with banks and internal departments.
- Prepare landed-cost calculations, pricing analysis, profit margins, and commercial feasibility reports.
- Maintain approved commercial pricing records and ensure reverse-auction bids remain within management-approved pricing limits.
- Validate PAN, GST, bank account details, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) documentation, and other financial records.
- Prepare commercial approval notes, pricing summaries, and financial recommendations for management review.
- Track post-award financial security requirements, bank guarantees,



payment documentation, and related deadlines.
- Coordinate with Bid Management, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely commercial bid readiness.
- Maintain accurate financial records, costing sheets, approval registers, and supporting tender documentation.
- Identify and escalate financial risks, pricing discrepancies, and documentation gaps to management.

Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, commercial operations, tender finance, costing, or pricing.
- Prior exposure to government tenders, GeM procurement, or commercial bid documentation is preferred.
- Experience handling EMD, bank guarantees, financial eligibility documents, and costing models will be an added advantage.

- Understanding of GST, banking documentation, and financial compliance.

- Ability to manage commercial deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Salary & Career Opportunities
- Annual CTC: ₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000
