Key Responsibilities

Lead overall financial and accounting strategy, planning, and risk management.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Ensure accuracy in accounts operations (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations) and adherence to accounting standards.

Manage audits, tax filings, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Drive cost optimization, cash flow management, and investment planning.

Implement process improvements for efficiency, transparency, and control.





Partner with leadership to support business growth and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

15–20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership.

Solid expertise in corporate finance, taxation, compliance, and contract regulations.

Proven ability to manage large teams and complex financial operations.

Hands‑on knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
