ROLE SUMMARY





We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who will act as both a revenue owner and ecosystem builder within the assigned region. Onboarding and activating solar vendors and channel partners as B2B business. Driving revenue through effective lead conversion. Managing the end-to-end customer journey (Lead → Installation)You are not just selling—you are building the supply and demand engine for the region.

1–5 years of experience in: Field Sales / B2B / Channel Sales Solar / Energy / Construction (preferred)

Strong local network is an advantage

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
