Job Title: Demo Expert Location: Adam Nagar, Chennai Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Demo Experts to conduct home-to-home demonstrations of home and kitchen appliances. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience while driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct home-to-home demonstrations of home and kitchen appliances.
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products during demonstrations.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience during every visit.
- Manage daily schedules, demo appointments, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain product samples and handle them responsibly.
- Submit daily reports, visit updates, and customer feedback to the team.

Requirements





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
- Prior experience in retail sales, field sales, or product demonstrations is preferred.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell confidently.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
- Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting.
- Four-wheeler driving licence is optional.

Salary &

Advantages

- Monthly CTC: Up to ₹33,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- 12 Casual Leaves per year.
- 12 Sick Leaves per year.

Working

Hours & Schedule:

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- 6 days working per week.
- Saturday and Sunday are working days due to high demand for demonstrations.
- One weekday off per week, as per the assigned schedule.
