Role Description – Field Operations ExecutiveThis is a full-time, in office role for a Field Operations Executive based in Delhi, India. The Field Operations Executive will act as a support system for the CRM team, ensuring accurate customer records, proper documentation, timely updates, and smooth coordination of solar project activities.

The role involves reviewing and correcting CRM data, verifying customer and project details, tracking installation and net metering progress, coordinating with field sales executives and technical teams, and ensuring that all operational information is updated accurately in the company's CRM system. The candidate will also follow up on pending cases, identify data discrepancies, resolve operational issues,



and help the CRM team maintain an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily operational support to the CRM team and assist in resolving work-related issues.
- Review, verify, and correct customer information, project details, and records in the CRM system.
- Identify duplicate entries, incorrect data, missing information, and other discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections.
- Coordinate with field sales executives, installation teams, and other departments for accurate project updates.
- Track solar installation progress, net metering documentation, application status, and pending cases.
- Follow up with concerned employees to collect missing documents and update incomplete records.
- Maintain accurate reports of customer details, project status, pending tasks, and completed activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of customer and project information.
- Monitor pending CRM tasks and help ensure that cases are processed within the required timelines.
- Support the team in improving data accuracy, operational processes, and overall work efficiency.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager and maintain proper follow-up until resolution.
