Role Description The Field Operations Supervisor for home interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylapore. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, including coordinating installation activities, supervising site teams, and ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards. The supervisor will manage schedules, monitor workflow, and resolve issues at customer sites to maintain timely project execution.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, liaising with customers and internal teams, tracking materials and resources, and ensuring safety and compliance at all project locations.



The role also requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a professional on-site experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead on-site teams, delegate tasks, and maintain performance standards.
- Candidates should possess practical Field Operations and Field Service skills to manage day-to-day activities at customer locations and coordinate multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to plan workflows, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of interior installations.

- Relevant experience in home interior projects, construction, or hardware installations is highly beneficial.

- Ability to read basic drawings or layouts, and familiarity with safety practices and site protocols.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional technical or vocational qualifications in interiors, construction, or project supervision are an advantage.
