As we continue to expand our footprint across Jaipur, we are looking for an active and reliable Field Operations Executive to handle complete ground execution and screen monitoring.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Field Operations Executive based in Jaipur who enjoys being outdoors on the road rather than sitting in an office. This is a 100% field-based role focused on visiting our digital screens across the city to capture ad playback, upload proof to our system portal, and handle basic screen checks.

If you know Jaipur well, love traveling across the city throughout the day, and want an active daily routine on your bike, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Screen Visits: Ride across Jaipur to visit our digital screen locations during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required.
- Proof of Play (POD) Capture & Portal Upload: Visit screen locations to shoot clear photos and short videos of active ads and upload them directly to the company portal/app during morning, afternoon, and evening slots.
- Daily Field Coverage:



Be ready for flexible local movement across different market areas and locations in Jaipur based on daily requirements.
- Basic Screen Checks: Check if screens are working fine, turned on, and displaying ads properly during your visits.
- Basic Fixes & Reporting: Handle small basic issues like checking power connections, restarting media players/screens, or informing the team immediately if a screen needs technical repair.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must be Based in Jaipur: Deep knowledge of Jaipur routes, local markets, and shortcuts.
- Own Vehicle Required: Must have a personal two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for continuous daily field travel.
- Smartphone & Tech User: Ability to take positive photos/videos and operate the company mobile app/portal for uploading media on the spot.
- Flexible Daily Availability: Ready to travel across morning, afternoon, and evening hours as needed for photo collection.
- Education & Experience: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate. Prior experience as a field executive, delivery partner, survey staff, or site helper is a plus. Freshers who are active and ready for field travel can also apply.

Candidates with past work in the following field tasks will be given preference:

- Field Collection / Delivery / Courier Executives
- Local Surveyors / Field Verification Staff
- Outdoor Advertising (OOH/DOOH) Field Helpers
- Local Field Maintenance Support

What We're Looking For

- Punctual and active person who takes full responsibility for completing daily field rounds.
- Comfortable with full-day riding and outdoor movement across Jaipur.
- Basic honesty, speed, and comfort with using mobile apps/portals on the field.
