Role overview

Naar is hiring a Fashion Stylist to lead outfit curation for a fashion client's AI-generated catalog images. For each input garment, you decide which garments to pair with it and which accessories complete the look, working within the client's styling guidelines. Your decisions become the styling briefs that drive image generation, so the role combines a trained fashion eye with the discipline to follow brand rules consistently across hundreds of looks.

Key responsibilities

- Review each input garment (category, colour, fabric, fit, season, occasion) and decide the complementary pieces to pair with it.
- Select suitable accessories (bags, footwear, jewellery, belts, eyewear, scarves and similar) that follow the client's guidelines.
- Apply the client's style guide, brand rules, approved colour palettes and do/don't lists to every look, and flag gaps or conflicts to the client.
- Write clear styling briefs and prompts for each look so the AI image pipeline reproduces the intended outfit accurately.
- Review generated catalog images for styling quality: garment fit, proportion, colour accuracy, layering and accessory placement. Mark what needs regeneration.
- Keep looks varied across the catalogue while staying consistent with brand identity, target customer and season.
- Track trends and seasonal collections, and suggest styling directions to the client.
- Maintain a styling library of approved pairings, accessory sets and learnings,



and share feedback with the NaarAI and production team to improve outputs.
- Meet agreed volumes and turnaround times for catalog batches.

Required qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional styling experience in fashion e-commerce, catalog, editorial or retail merchandising.
- Strong sense of colour, silhouette, fabric, proportion and occasion-appropriate pairing.
- Ability to interpret and apply written brand and styling guidelines accurately
- Portfolio or sample looks showing range in outfit building and accessorising.
- Comfort reviewing AI-generated images with a critical eye and giving accurate, written feedback.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to stay consistent across large volumes.
- Clear written communication for briefs and client feedback.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and the Indian and global apparel market.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or similar) and prompt writing.
- Experience in product catalog or lookbook styling for a fashion brand.
- Diploma or degree in fashion design, styling or merchandising.
- Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop or Figma for mood boards and markups.
- Experience working directly with brand or client teams.
- Experience using Pinterest to gather inspiration for model poses, backgrounds, fashion trends and garment styling.
