Key Responsibilities

Prepare quick food items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizza, rolls, momos, and snacks.

Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, mixing, and portioning.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and other cooking appliances safely.

Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Check the freshness and quality of raw materials.

Manage kitchen stock and inform management about required ingredients.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
