About Rent An AttireRent An Attire is a designer fashion rental platform offering curated outfits for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions. We make designer fashion more accessible while promoting reuse and sustainable fashion.

Key ResponsibilitiesFashion Styling & Customer Experience

- Help customers choose outfits based on their occasion, preferences, and styling needs.
- Provide styling advice on outfits, colors, accessories, and overall looks.
- Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Explain rental packages, pricing, policies, and booking procedures.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and generate repeat business.

Order & Booking Management

- Manage bookings, payments, trials, dispatches, returns, and order closures.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and garment readiness.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely fulfilment.

Inventory & Store Management

- Maintain inventory records and track garment availability and movement.
- Ensure outfits are organized, tagged, and in excellent condition.
- Coordinate garment care, dry cleaning, and maintenance.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and customer-ready store.

Marketing & Promotion

- Assist in creating Instagram content, reels, styling videos, and outfit showcases.
- Support promotional campaigns, festive offers, and influencer collaborations.
- Contribute creative ideas to increase store visibility and customer engagement.

Who We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in fashion, retail, styling, sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with a keen interest in fashion and styling are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong fashion sense and willingness to learn about designer and occasion wear.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media content creation.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
