Kingdum By Nishka is looking for a Fashion Assistant to support the team from November-December in Mumbai.

This is a hands-on, short-term role involving fashion styling, shoot assistance, pop-up support, basic Canva work, and logistics. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working across different aspects of a fashion brand and wants hands-on experience behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with styling and outfit preparation for shoots

Helping with fittings, steaming, dressing, and styling changes

Organising garments, accessories, and samples

Assisting on set and helping maintain looks throughout the shoot

Supporting setup and operations for multiple pop-ups (approximately 2–3)

Assisting with customer interactions and sales during pop-ups

Maintaining product displays and keeping the space organised

Helping with packing, unpacking, and movement of garments/products

Assisting with basic logistics and coordination for shoots, pop-ups, and brand requirements

Creating or editing simple Canva creatives and brand-related content

Helping with other day-to-day tasks as required

Please note: You will be working as part of a 2-person support team, with responsibilities divided between the two assistants. The workload will be shared,



so you will not be expected to manage all shoots and pop-ups independently.

The schedule will be project-based and flexible. There will be busier days around shoots and pop-ups, while some days during the period may have little or no work depending on the brand’s schedule.

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in fashion and styling

Good eye for visual presentation and detail

Basic knowledge of Canva

Organised and comfortable handling logistics and coordination

Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative

Good communication and people skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative setting

Fashion students, graduates, or candidates with relevant experience are welcome

Previous shoot, styling, retail, event, or fashion experience is a plus
