Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Fashion

Designer will collaborate with creative and production teams to develop apparel concepts and looks that complement Bose Works’ visual storytelling across films, digital content, and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, sketching designs, selecting textiles, and creating samples that align with project narratives and brand aesthetics. The role involves overseeing fittings, refining garment construction, and working closely with costume, styling,



and production teams to ensure designs are practical for filming and visually impactful on screen.

The Fashion

Designer will also contribute to mood boards, lookbooks, and style guidelines to support ongoing and future media projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, with the ability to translate concepts and scripts into cohesive visual styles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Textiles and Embroidery, including fabric selection, surface ornamentation, and material performance for on-camera use.
- Candidates should possess solid Fitting skills, ensuring garments are tailored, comfortable, and camera-ready for diverse body types.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Costume Design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include sketching and illustration, knowledge of garment construction, familiarity with fashion CAD tools, and an understanding of fashion trends in film and digital media.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and communication abilities, with readiness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven workplace, are highly valued.
