Factory Operations Manager Moolchand Catering supplies fresh, cooked meals to factory workforces in and around Noida. We are hiring a Factory Operations Manager to run day-to-day factory operations alongside the owner, working in person from our Noida office.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily factory and kitchen operations, including production planning and dispatch to factory clients. Lead, supervise, and schedule kitchen, production, and dispatch staff. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, including FSSAI compliance.
Manage raw material purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships. Monitor and control costs, track production output, and report daily to the owner. Work closely with the owner on planning, client coordination, and process improvements.
Requirements: Prior experience managing operations in a commercial kitchen, catering unit, central kitchen, or food production plant. Solid people-management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in person from our Noida office alongside the owner. Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements. Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English.
