Role Description The Exporter at DHAMARAI INTERNATIONAL EXPORT & IMPORT PRIVATE LIMITED will manage end-to-end export operations for aquatic products, including order processing, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners. The role involves preparing export documents, monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and communicating with overseas buyers and suppliers. The Exporter will track inventory levels for export, support pricing and negotiation in line with market conditions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer timelines and quality expectations.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Chandabali, requiring daily presence to oversee loading, inspection, and dispatch activities, as well as regular interaction with port authorities, customs agents, and quality control teams.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of export processes and documentation, with practical experience in Export operations.
- Understanding of business practices and commercial terms relevant to trade, with an ability to support Business development activities.
- Familiarity with International Trade regulations, trade compliance, and global market dynamics.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue through effective Sales support and negotiation.
- Basic awareness of Import procedures to coordinate two-way trade and supply chain needs.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; experience with ERP or export management software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the seafood or agricultural export sector is preferred; a diploma or degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
