Role Description The Executive Vice President role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Executive Vice

President will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and ensure alignment of commercial, technical, and operational teams with the company’s vision. Daily responsibilities include leading large-scale parking infrastructure projects, managing key client relationships, and supervising end-to-end execution from design to installation and service. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety,



and sustainability standards.

The Executive Vice

President will also mentor senior leaders, represent the organization in high-level negotiations, and collaborate closely with the founding and leadership team to expand HPIPL’s footprint across India and international markets.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in infrastructure, engineering, mobility, real estate, or related sectors, with a strong track record in managing large, complex projects.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and P&L; management skills, including market expansion and revenue growth in B2B or government/enterprise environments.
- Experience overseeing operations, supply chain, and project delivery, with familiarity in manufacturing or installation-based businesses and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including handling key accounts, partners, and government or institutional clients.
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, drive performance, and build a collaborative, accountable culture.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with comfort using data and metrics for operational and strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background such as an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
