Role Overview

Our multinational client is seeking an Executive to support identity-verification services used for digital onboarding and fraud prevention. This position requires proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

- Review identity information and supporting documentation.
- Perform identity-verification activities as part of digital onboarding.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential fraud indicators.
- Follow established verification procedures and controls.
- Maintain accurate records of verification activities.
- Escalate suspicious or exceptional cases appropriately.




- Meet required quality and productivity standards.
- Protect confidential and sensitive customer information.
- Graduate qualification preferred.
- English and Arabic language proficiency.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Understanding of digital onboarding, KYC or fraud-prevention processes would be advantageous.
