The Executive will be a key member of the SGU_F&A; Ops – IMU International Growth Markets Insurance P&C; – GM department, responsible for end‑to‑end credit control activities, client communications, and ensuring timely resolution of financial queries. This role requires robust analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and adherence to service level agreements while maintaining accurate records and exception logs.

Responsibilities

- Perform aging analysis and generate credit control reports and client statements.
- Prepare and dispatch dunning letters to clients with outstanding balances.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for resolution of open items and follow‑up on overdue payments.
- Handle inbound customer calls, identify required actions, and resolve queries promptly.




- Address all customer queries and requests received via email or ticketing system within agreed SLA.
- Execute account reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update exception logs for process‑related issues to support knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve complex credit issues.
- Monitor and report on key credit metrics and trends to management.
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance credit control efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Preferred experience with 0-5 years of experience
