Role Description The Event Manager (Sports & Fitness) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sports and fitness events that align with client branding and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, creating detailed project plans, coordinating with venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners, and managing event budgets and timelines.

The Event

Manager will oversee logistics such as registrations, schedules, equipment, and on-ground staffing, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and stakeholders.



The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, social media content, and post-event reporting, as well as analyzing event performance to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in event management, preferably in sports and fitness, with strong skills in planning, coordination, and on-site execution.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for event promotion, including social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, with flexibility for extended hours during events.
- Relevant education in marketing, event management, sports management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Knowledge of sports and fitness trends and a genuine interest in the sports and wellness industry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions during live events.
