Job Title: ETL Tester ### Role Overview We are seeking an ETL Tester to validate data pipelines, ensure data accuracy across target systems, and automate testing workflows. You will be responsible for end-to-end data quality verification from source to data warehouse. ### Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain test cases for ETL data pipelines and transformation logic.
Validate source-to-target data mappings, schema changes, and data completeness.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Python for bulk data validation.
Write complex SQL queries to perform data reconciliation, duplicate detection, and integrity checks.
Log and track defects, collaborating with Data Engineers to resolve pipeline issues. ### Required Qualifications ETL & Data Testing:
5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing and data reconciliation.
SQL: Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning).
Python: Solid hands-on scripting experience using Python (Pandas/PySpark) for data validation automation.
Databases/Warehouses: Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift).
