Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). The candidate will design, develop, test, and support scalable ETL and data-quality solutions while working closely with business analysts, data architects, database teams, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.

Develop mappings, mapplets, workflows, worklets, sessions, reusable transformations, and parameter files.

Build IDQ mappings for data profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation, matching, and deduplication.

Translate business requirements and source-to-target mapping documents into technical solutions.

Extract and integrate data from relational databases, flat files, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

Develop complex SQL queries to support data integration and validation.

Perform source-data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

Implement data-quality rules and monitor data-quality metrics, exceptions, and scorecards.





Optimize PowerCenter mappings, workflows, SQL queries, and database operations for performance.

Handle production deployments, job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Maintain technical documents, including low-level designs, mapping specifications, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in ETL and data integration.

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.

Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality.

Positive understanding of Informatica domain, repository, Integration Service, and related administration concepts.

Strong knowledge of mappings, transformations, workflows, sessions, pushdown optimization, partitioning, and parameterization.

Experience implementing data profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and deduplication rules.

Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, preferably with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar relational databases.

Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.

Knowledge of Control-M job-scheduling tools

Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of MDM skills is an advantage
