Role Description The Estimation & Quotation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for client projects, based on technical specifications, requirements, and internal pricing guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing client inquiries, analyzing project scope, gathering pricing data from internal teams and vendors, and creating structured quotation documents.

The executive will liaise with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure quotations are competitive, profitable, and aligned with company standards.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining estimation records, updating pricing databases, supporting negotiation discussions with clear cost breakdowns, and identifying opportunities to optimize margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills to prepare accurate estimates and cost breakdowns.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) for quotation preparation and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, operations, vendors, and clients.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple quotations, deadlines, and documentation.
- Ability to understand technical or service-related specifications and translate them into structured cost proposals.
- Prior experience in estimation, pricing, pre-sales, or commercial operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
