Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, performance-driven Equity Advisor with strong knowledge of the Indian stock market, excellent client relationship management skills, and an existing client network.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing equity clients, generating brokerage revenue, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's business.

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding equity markets, technical and fundamental analysis, market trends, and trading strategies.
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing equity trading and investment clients.
- Providing market updates, research-based trading opportunities, and investment information in accordance with applicable regulations and approved research.
- Generating brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trading participation.
- Acquiring new Demat and Trading account clients through existing relationships, referrals, and market networking.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to improve engagement and trading activity.
- Reactivating dormant clients and encouraging long-term client relationships.
- Understanding Equity Delivery, Intraday Trading, and Futures & Options strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell approved financial products and services.




- Achieving monthly client acquisition, brokerage revenue, and business development targets.
- Maintaining accurate client records, daily activity reports, and management information reports (MIS).
- Ensuring all client interactions and business activities comply with SEBI, exchange, and company regulations.

Preferred Candidate
- Must have a minimum of 10–15 existing active equity market clients or established client relationships.
- Prior experience in stock broking, equity dealing, equity advisory, or relationship management.
- Good understanding of NSE, BSE, equity delivery, intraday trading, and derivatives.
- Proven ability to generate brokerage revenue and acquire clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.
- NISM certification preferred; mandatory regulatory certifications must be held wherever applicable.
