Roles & Responsibilities

Designing Data Strategy: Developing blueprints for data management, define data solution architecture including various integration architectures.

Defining Technical Solutions: Recommending and implementing technologies for data warehouses and cloud-based platforms to improve data processing.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.

Governance and Security: Ensuring data compliance, security standards, and metadata management are adhered to.

Business Acumen: Ability to connect organizational strategies to technical data requirements.

Documentation: Ability to create high level design documents, technical design documents and share the same with tech leads and data models

Expectations

12+ years of overall experience

Ability to design and architect enterprise-level solutions.

Data Strategy & Architecture Design:

Define and design enterprise data strategy and architecture blueprints, including data management frameworks, data lakes/warehouses, and scalable integration architectures on Cloud data platforms.

Solution Architecture:





Recommend and define high-level and low-level technical solutions leveraging Cloud data platform. Should be strong in Databricks with enterprise level data Modeling experience

Architecture Governance & Oversight:

Provide architectural direction to engineering teams, review implementations, ensure adherence to design standards, and guide teams during execution without engaging in coding or build activities. Should have valuable understanding of data modelling concepts

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and business outcomes.

Business Alignment:

Translate business strategy into data platform capabilities and ensure architectural decisions support long-term organizational goals.

Documentation & Design Artifacts:

Create and review high-level design documents (HLDs), low-level design documents (LLDs), architecture diagrams, and guide tech leads and data modelers.

Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Capability to evaluate and compare products and technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills to understand customer use cases and provide effective solutions.
