Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services by developing and applying technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving activities, leveraging a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, and hands-on experience to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient engineering outcomes.

Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within engineering projects.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance the quality and reliability of engineering deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to structural and stress design.
- Experience with configuration management and technical documentation processes.
- Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification procedures within the aerospace industry.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
