Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and technical decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of existing engineering methods and practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.
- Solid understanding of wiring harness design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with technical problem-solving related to wiring harness configurations and stress analysis.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and specifications relevant to wiring harnesses.
- Familiarity with tools and software used for wiring harness design and validation.
- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot wiring harness issues to ensure reliability and performance.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Wiring Harnesses.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
