Reporting To: Project Engineering Head

Location: Corporate HQ, Ahmedabad; project-site travel as required

? Key Responsibilities:-

- Requirement Analysis & Design Initiation
- Engineering planning and control
- Technical leadership, design review, and compliance
- Engineering team leadership
- Engineering communication and approvals
- Inspection and testing coordination
- Engineering inputs for procurement
- Engineering documentation and revision control
- Project execution, panel readiness, and billing support
- Knowledge transfer and handover
- Process improvement and product qualification

? Qualifications and experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems,

Automation, or a closely related engineering discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

 Typically, 8–12 years of experience in project engineering for industrial automation, instrumentation and control, water infrastructure, industrial projects,

or a comparable engineering delivery environment.

 At least 3 years leading or coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and reviewing project engineering deliverables.

 Experience with customer/consultant approvals, panel engineering,

PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, procurement interfaces, TPI, factory/site testing,



and commissioning is strongly preferred.

? Required skills

 Solid ability to interpret tender documents, customer specifications, standards,

QAPs, and purchase orders and translate them into engineering plans and deliverables.

 Working knowledge of electrical/control panel design, instrumentation, PLCs,

SCADA, HMI, system architecture, communication protocols, and engineering documentation.

 Ability to review GA and panel drawings, datasheets, MRFs, test procedures, and technical submissions; familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent design tools is preferred.

 Project planning and progress control, risk identification, prioritization, resource allocation, document revision control, and change-impact assessment.

 Commercial awareness and ability to develop cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining technical compliance and quality.

 Leadership, mentoring, decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

 Clear written and verbal communication, customer-facing confidence, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and project tracking tools.

 Willingness to travel to customer, project, manufacturing, and inspection sites across India as required.
