Job OverviewVoltify Energy Private Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Solar O&M; Engineer to manage and execute solar plant Operations & Maintenance activities across the North India region. The candidate will be based in Noida and will be responsible for site visits, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, team coordination, and ensuring optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day O&M; activities for solar power plants across North India.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Troubleshoot solar inverters, DCDB, ACDB, cables, earthing systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Monitor plant performance, generation data, inverter alarms, and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Plan and supervise module cleaning, thermography, electrical inspections, and other maintenance activities.
- Handle inverter faults, breakdown analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly O&M; reports.
- Maintain service records, checklists, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site-specific safety procedures.
- Manage site visits, manpower deployment,



and timely closure of customer complaints.
- Travel across North India as required for project execution and maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in solar PV plant O&M;, preferably 1–4 years.
- Knowledge of solar inverters, PV systems, electrical panels, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and plant performance monitoring.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
- Ability to manage site teams and handle customer coordination independently.
- A valid driving licence and two-wheeler would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience with commercial and industrial (C&I;) rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects.
- Knowledge of inverter brands such as Delta, Sungrow, FIMER/ABB, GoodWe, and KSTAR.
- Experience in O&M; project execution, technical inspections, and maintenance planning.
