- Management (PGDITM)

Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and shopfloor IT devices.

- Support ERP, SAP, MES, and other production-related systems for daily operations.

- Ensure network connectivity for office, warehouse, SMT, THT, and testing areas.

- Provide user ID creation, email setup, access rights, and password support.

- Attend day-to-day IT issues and resolve user complaints with minimum downtime.

- Support barcode printers, label systems, handheld scanners, and shopfloor terminals.

- Coordinate with machine vendors for system connectivity and basic integration support.

- Monitor data backup, antivirus, software updates, and basic cybersecurity compliance.

- Maintain IT asset records, system configurations, and service support logs.

- Support current line setup, office expansion, and IT readiness for new projects.
