Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- To take decision for L1 vendor for placement of purchase order.

- To develop recent vendor for PP manufacturing of coil, pipe, panel.

- To ensure timely preparation of purchase order by buyer and material movement to vendor for start of manufacturing.

- Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced products.

- Development of processes for pressure parts outsourcing activity.

- Develop and train team for improvement in pressure part manufacturing outsource processes.

- Coordination with other departments like QC, F&A;, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventory control.

- Expediting.

- Material Accounting/Reconciliation for Outsource items where raw material is free issue from LMB.

- Follow up transportation and timely quality inspection.

- Troubleshooting and decision making.

- Driving Kaizen, 5 S initiative among team and vendor.
