Email Marketing Expert (Cold Email & E-commerce) – Remote

We're a digital marketing agency working with e-commerce brands around the world, mainly on Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping and Google Ads. We're looking for an email marketing expert to run our cold email outreach and build email campaigns for our e-commerce clients.

This is an email-only role

No cold calling and no phone sales. All your work is done by email: writing, sending, following up and improving campaigns. When a prospect replies with interest, we schedule a Google Meet with them.

What you get

What you'll do

Cold email outreach (for our agency)

- Plan and run cold email campaigns to international e-commerce businesses
- Write short, personalized cold emails that get replies
- Build multi-step follow-up sequences
- Set up and manage sending tools, inboxes and domain warm-up
- Keep deliverability healthy (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce rates, spam checks)
- Track open, reply and meeting rates, and keep testing subject lines and copy

E-commerce email marketing (for our clients)

- Plan and write promotional emails for sales, launches and seasonal campaigns




- Build automated flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back
- Segment email lists and personalize campaigns
- Report on campaign results and suggest improvements

Your first month

Set up our cold email system (inboxes, warm-up, lead lists, sequences), launch the first campaigns, and start booking Google Meet calls with interested prospects.

What we're looking for

- 1 year of hands-on experience in cold email outreach and/or e-commerce email marketing
- Strong written English: clear, persuasive, natural-sounding emails
- Experience with tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead or Apollo (cold email), and Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email (e-commerce)
- Understanding of email deliverability
- Comfortable working independently with targets
- Bonus: samples of cold emails or e-commerce email campaigns you've written

Working hours

Fixed 8-hour shift, [2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST], Monday to Friday, to match our international clients' business hours. Work time is tracked using our project management tools.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
